At Fumerlabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Fumerlabs account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
